Refund and Returns Policy

1. Non-Shipped Orders
- We will refund all non-shipped orders upon receiving notification. Please note that all refunds will incur a 15% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

- Important: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-Built Products: Products that are custom-built cannot be returned or refunded if they have already been built.
- Fitting Services: Please note that fitting services are non-refundable once completed.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the item is unsuitable for your game.
- Other Exclusions: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
5. Refunds
- Restocking Fee: All canceled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee, which covers the costs associated with restocking and processing.
- If the order is canceled after it has been processed but before it has been shipped, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If the order is canceled after shipment, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse at their own expense. Once the product is received and inspected, the 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
- Refund Process: Once your return is accepted, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
